I'm Nichelle Appleby, the Founder of Work Imagined, and my mission is to help fellow leaders reimagine work cultures and pay programs by placing Dignity at the core of everything we do.  With close to 15 years of experience working as a Total Rewards Leader in the U.S. and Germany, I have created the foundations for Compensation and DEI initiatives in start-ups and mid-sized to large traditional companies in various industries.

The Dignity Standard

As the creator of The Dignity Standard and a trained workshop facilitator, I help leaders understand why Dignity is the key value for a healthy workplace and fair pay programs.  Dignity is all about:

- Respecting everyone
- Valuing everyone
- Ethical treatment for everyone, and 
- Accountability for everyone

I provide workshops, coaching and speak at events for Founders, People & Culture teams, DEI groups and individual professionals.  Together, we explore the fundamental truth that everyone deserves to experience Dignity at work.

Compensation Consulting

As an experienced Compensation Leader, I can support your team by consulting on important pay topics. Consulting services are specific to your company's needs. The most common requests for consulting are:
